Dr. Jacqueline Lang

The adventure of working for many years in a variety of environments allowed me to hold a variety of different roles including years in leadership in the manufacturing and service industries. My leadership positions gave me the opportunity to be part of teams that have led small groups to thousands of employees. Being a part of these groups also allowed me to experience the maintaining of millions to billions in sales and millions in payroll while understanding the importance of individual’s development in the workforce and life.

I’ve enjoyed working with a Fortune 50, Fortune 500, and Private organizations across the U.S. and as a U.S. Congressional Campaign Manager (2011 & 2012). I also served eight years in the United States Army Reserves.

I decided to get an education that now includes Ph.D. Organization & Management, an MBA, concentration in Human Resources, an MPA, concentration in Healthcare Management, Master’s in Education and BA in Communication. I also enjoyed taking coursework in environmental safety issues and executive coaching.

Originally from SW Pennsylvania, I spent my early years in a ‘blue-collar’ small town (dominated by coke-making industry, lumber, iron, glass foundry products). The remainder of my childhood, I spent in a tiny Village in the Laural Mountains. Go Steelers!!!

Currently, I divide my time as a Speaker, Consultant, Monthly Magazine Columnist, International Co-Author, Researcher, and Chair & Associate Professor. During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two children, Spencer (Labradoodle) and volunteering in several community organizations.
